A bit about my approach to therapy
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, compassionate, polyvagal led, and collaborative. I combine evidence-based techniques like trauma informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing and other approaches to assist clients. I work closely with clients to create a safe, supportive environment where they can explore their experiences, develop coping skills, and build lasting resilience at their own pace.
What you can expect from our first session
Clients can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental space where their experiences are honored and validated. Together, we work toward goals like increased self awareness, improved coping skills, and a stronger sense of safety and control. Many clients leave sessions feeling more grounded, empowered, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience.
